ROUND 2 REPORT

The Strikers 16 boys played a lot more systematically in their match against Urunga and improved on last week. Thanks to Matt Burton from the ‘under 14s’ for backing-up from his team’s match to be a sub for the 16’s. Urunga played well throughout the game and had the depth of players to take out the match 9 goals to nil. The Nambucca Strikers 16 boys has the nucleus of a good team but needs a couple more players for the season, so if anyone of 15 or 16 years is interested please contact the Nambucca Strikers Club or talk with Coach Noel Gregory at training at Coronation Park on Thursday evenings.
